Nutrition Survey!

1. Are you a vegetarian or vegan? No. I’ve made attempts at both in the past, lasting about 8 months or so and decided it wasn’t for me.

2. What’s your favorite restaurant? Hmmm. Probably Grand Lux Café.

3. Favorite vegetable? Mushrooms and Broccoli!

4. Favorite fruit? Bananas

5. Favorite dessert? Ice cream.

6. Favorite sandwich? I usually don’t east sandwiches these days, but I am quite fond of the peanut butter and banana kind.

7. How do you get most of your protein? Protein shakes, almond milk / meats, chicken, depending on my budget

8. Do you take any vitamins or supplements? Not lately, though I should. If I do, its usually fish oil capsuls.

9. Do you ever eat meal replacement/supplement bars or drinks? Protein Shakes mostly. Not really into bars (too many carbs)

10. What’s your typical breakfast like? A green smoothie, protein shake or on occasion, just coffee

12. Lunch? Sushi, salads when eating healthy, nothing when not (or fast, restaurant foods like chicken tenders – I work in an Irish Pub / Restaurant :/ )

13. Dinner? See above

14. Do you snack during the day? If so, on what? No, but I should. I’m up pretty late and know it would quell my late night cravings.

15. How often do you eat? Once a day, twice if I’m lucky.

16. Do you plan out your meals before the day starts? No, but if and when I do, I’m more successful in the long run.

17. Do you count calories? If so about how much do you consume a day? mydailyplate.com Around 1350 when I’m conscious about it.

18. Do you ever binge eat? If so on what? Yep. On anything. Burritos, burgers, desserts, you name it.

19. If you’re trying to cut cals but craving something sweet? I eat a protein shake that’s high in fat (like coconut oil). When I’m on my game, I can’t give in to my sugar cravings. It’s just a downward spiral after that…

20. If you’re craving something salty? Hard-boiled eggs, since I rarely crave salty foods (I’m more of a sweet-tooth kinda girl)

21. Any food allergies? None.

22. Do you go out to eat often? Not typically, but lately since I’ve been hanging out with friends more often.

23. Do you drink alcohol? If so, what and how often? Yes, I work at an Irish Pub. Jameson and Ginger, maybe twice a week.

24. Do you smoke weed or tobacco? No.

25. Fast food junkie? No.

26. Ever go on a fast? I have in the past, usually I do intermittent fasting (for no more than 18 hours or so)

27. What’s the most you’ve ever weighed as an adult? Least? Most: 206; Least: 162

28. Are you on a specific diet? (Ex: weight watchers) No, unless you consider The Primal Blueprint a diet.
